You can have a Camry LE Auto for under $19000. For a base-model Corolla (auto), you should expect it under $14000.

Trying hard to negotiate the price using phone and internet. Do not go to dealers to deal with car salemen. In Houston, there are more than 10 Toyota dealers.

Year-end should be a good time to buy a new car.
