If there is registration tag on the collar, I guess you can call animal service to find her owner. Animal service can also take her to pound, but they'll euthanize her in a few days(it's only 3 days in my city) if her owner does not claim her in time and the shelter is full(usually). Or you can try shelters and rescue organizations. Poor doggie, she better knows moving cars are dangerous.
