You can make an agreement with her, stating that she will waive her right to sue you in exchange for something, such as money. However, if she breaches the promise and sues you in the future, the only remedy you have is to stop performing your duty according to the agreement. If the performance has been done already, you can claim damage relief equal to the same value as your performance. It is well established in the US society that everyone shall have his day in court. You can do nothing to prevent her from suing you except you offer her something that she would never reject and never breach her promise.
