I will sell it if interests rate goes higher. Bond funds are much less risky (dangerous) than stocks anyway. I will swich TLT to VFICX soon. You can get 5-10% yearly returns if you hold VFICX for long term. I am going to have 25% bond fund in my portforlio as Fidelity recommanded.
