depends. If the board market is bear, I don't hold stock overnight at all. If bull, I'd hold some stocks on green to next day. I once often hold some stocks overnight, but find holding stocks on loss is killing myself. I have about three weeks not having my fund in growth just because of the overnight stocks, just learned this in recent two weeks, and finally have my fund growing everyday.
