A terrible day in semi. The day I have waited for a long time finnaly came. But as bad as many people, I, for one who has held long term bearish view on semi and NAZ, wanted to make quick bucks so bad, switch my direction on Monday, bought SMH on Monay and then INTC on Tuesday AH. I had to take loss and dumped all my share before open this morning....
Technical looks terrible, fundamental does not look great either. While it is very tempting to go to short on the market, I want to hold for one more day to see what will happen tomorrow. I have to remind myself: this is election year, Greenspan will do everythinh he can to save the market. If NAZ broke 1900, game is over.. economy will be in trouble.
I see VIX plunge again today. Huge SP future call buying in a down market. What does it mean? May be someone was betting market would rebound ... who knows.
Covered my BRCM short at close. and bought some small SEMI stocks at close. Let's see
