Several tricks--
1. like the other guy said, the software version must match the keygen version;
2. Run the keygen on another computer;
3. Disconnect your PC from internet (unplug the cable) before activate the software;
4. Change the time to 11/11/03; Do not ask me why;
4.5 Choose "by phone";
5. You may try serveral times by using the same license key and password to get a useful reg code.
It costed me 1.5 hours to figure it out. Worth 89 bucks after rebate according to the ad from CompUSA.
However I did not burn any DVDs yet. I have to say this to make my behavior legal:(!
