unless you get a used one, all the OEM ones are uncolored but primed. that means you have to have it painted afterwards. otherwise, it would very strange. it is not that difficult to replace it. when you go to dealer's parts dept. you can ask for a print out, it should have the detailed illustration for each screws.
many times, the absorber should be replaced too. it is just some foams. check the reinforcement bar, if that is damaged, then you need to replace that too.
