You definately did not read my post. Coz u did not indicate which state are you in.

If you are in California, you are in trouble.
Highway Patrol is different from police. They dont normally fool around. CA is lack state fund, so you will have to pay it and very few chance to get away.

He caught you, so dont try to play game and plea guilty.
