1. normal. most likely. it is either cooling fan or compressor. as long as the compressor is not engaged and disengaged too frequently. you are fine. otherwise, it might be low on R134a.
2. right. balance.
3. check rear wheel bearing. it is a front wheel driven car. it should not be related to transmission.
