actually, if you are willing to pay 4000-5000 more, you might be able to get a new 04 civic under invoice price this month due to a lot of promotions honda is handing out now. and the rate is low too.

I know 二楼楼长 and other brothers will throw stones on me lah for posting such deal here:)
