do the following:

1 bleeding all 4 wheels
2 if u have rear drum brake, check its self adjusting mechanism, make sure it's working. if u have rear disc brake, check parking brake, most rear disc brake adjust itself each time u apply parking brake.
3 if still too much brake travel, 99% master cylinder's problem.
generally, the brake travel with ABS is less than w/o ABS
