Basically, you may bring a law suit on two grounds, negligence and breach of warranty. Just wonder what kind of details you need. Why not consult a local personal injury or product liability attorney? Personal injury law may vary a little from state to state. While warranty law is mostly based on UCC, the application of the statute may still be different.
