录取更多捐款的孩子，和免学费的孩子。中间交学费的减少。为什么呢？因为学费解决不了学校财政问题，只有捐款才能。为什么要录取免学费的孩子？因为学校Endorsement fund必须要有足够的免学费学生才能满足政府免税的要求。所以最后倒霉的就是要交学费中产。学校为了利益故意忽略那些假的FGLI。
