女儿有点拒绝AP物理C

女儿8年级，最近半年来学两门ap物理c，之前学的还不错，第一遍是妈妈带着学，学完后，自己找题做，学了2个星期，就散漫了，好像很抵触，这段时间基本上都是完全抗拒了，效率极低，现在偶尔做几个模拟题，成绩也很不理想，大概是45%左右的分数。

各位坛友有啥好的办法学好ap物理呢？谢谢
