I have been a good girl today

走路25分钟来到离酒店最近的orange theory gym. 因为是连锁店，我每到一个地方，就会找到当地的分店，健身。这样可以keep myself motives on the road.

健身房在一个非常trendy的地方，全是年轻人。年轻真好。

摔完汗，我觉得自己真了不起，要赏。

赏什么呢？当然是。。
