倒立看世界

今天看到一篇东西，说倒立的好处。想想我倒是也在世界各地倒立过啊。哈哈

 

 

 

 

倒立对人体的好处

1、有效防治胸部、腹部、胃等下垂，纠正异位
2、可以促进血液循环，对皮肤、器官都有好处
3、对于防治坐骨神经痛、腰背疼痛有奇效
4、可以防治长期劳累导致的疾病，尤其是脑血管疾病
