有没有人知道盲人怎么操作电脑的？

我们公司雇有一个盲人员工。原先也不知道他是做什么的。今天偶然看到他在他的desk上操作电脑。我也不好意思走近看。只看到他在 key board 上和 mouse 上很忙活。电脑的screen上的内容翻覆个不停。耳朵上戴着耳机。搞不懂他眼睛看不见是怎么弄的。有没有人知道？
