最近天气变化大。前天还是燥热的秋老虎。今天就阴雨连连。 村民们要注意保暖。注意心静。注意适度运动。（我说的是健身运动）。注意多吃冰糖蒸白梨。银耳莲子羹。注意睡眠。 家里有老人的。身体弱的。大节气前后最好别到处乱跑得瑟。最好就呆家里。哼歌唱曲儿。有空读读圣贤书。 自己没事儿别加班。给钱多的除外～～ 暂时买不起的就别买了。。。。我说我自己个。。。
