我眼中的爱自己

爱自己，关爱内心数第一。

1 在这面白色大理石的墙壁上，刻满了名字。每一个名字，都是一颗已然安歇的灵魂。杨绛先生在她的《百年感言》里说，我们曾如此渴望命运的波澜，到最后才发现，人生最曼妙的风景，竟是内心的淡定与从容。。。我们曾如此期盼外界的认可，到最后才知道，世界是自己的，与他人毫无关系。



2 有位智者说，不要去祈祷黑夜的离去，只要你内心充满光明，黑暗又有什么可怕！


3 爱自己，做不完的家务暂时抛下，搭个帐篷宿营去~~


4 爱自己，老公孩子甩家里，骑上车子兜风去~~


5 爱自己，眼里不能只有金子银子鞋子裙子，还有那些偶然撞到，一见钟情的不值钱的小东西。它们常常带给我别样的惊喜和快乐。
比如这个石头做的小苹果。


6 还有这枚珠子做成的戒指。


7 爱自己，换个大叔玩儿玩儿。。。：）


8 爱自己，找个男人抱抱。。。 ：D


9 爱自己，再把小手拉拉。。。：D


10 爱自己，也要依然爱着他，他要是挣钱少，血压高，自己也不会过太好。


11 爱自己，更要爱他们，他们已成为自己身体无法切割的一部分。
累了就一起歇歇。。。 


12 不累就一起耍耍~~~




13 爱自己最最重要的是要学会自己逗自

爱自己爱家人，他们学习好工作好身体好，自己才能有更多银子买衣服更多时间去健身。

说到底，身心健康家庭和睦才是实实在在的爱自己。
