吃肉那点事儿

东部大雪，天冷，想喝汤。今晚做了腌笃鲜，第一次尝试。从网上找的方子。
 

 

猪蹄（我买的猪手）+ 上海咸肉+ 百叶结+ 冬笋
 

 

我把锅做上就去游泳了，游泳+洗澡+路上 总共2个小时，回家后刚好汤炖好，好喝极了 ！
 

噢，我只喝汤吃冬笋，咸肉和猪蹄就碰了一小口，所以热量一点儿都不高。他吃了1小碗肉，喝了3大碗汤。
 

 

还有，最近吃肉吃很多，屁股变结实了，开始往上翘了哦，他说的，手感也比以前好多了，越来越没脸没皮了 。。(*^__^*)

还有，今天去costco，刚好撞见vera wang 的这款香水，同款的在macy卖75刀，costco只要49.99，毫不犹豫收回家。我很喜欢，味道甜甜的。这张照片我也觉得我拍的挺好看的 ：）
