小５，听说你懂税法，问你个事

如果有个大财主，不上班，银行里有１千万存款，按２％利息算，年收入是２０万。但２０万是capital gain，只收一半税，对不。如果他出租房子，收入２０万，也只交一半税，对不？如果是这样，真TMD太不公平了。俺们穷人，一年到头，累S累活地干，还要交全额的税。
