童鞋们注意啦 IE9 IE10新系统下贴图

我昨晚上抓耳挠腮就是出不来，今儿早上终于figure out了。

1.IE10

2.IE9
那个“ compatibility mode“图标如果IE tool bar里找不到的话，按alt，tool bar，点击compatibility view,set ”all“ 然后再重回系统，就可以从本地硬盘直接上图了。

现在上图功能虽然快但没有从前功能便捷，照片尺寸不能设定，只能自动缩放，但不能添加边框。
