给儿子和老公做的猪肉白菜粉条,给女儿做的粉蒸丸子。我一口都没沾。就捡了几片肉
吃。
晚上又接着练舞蹈30分钟。然后又喝了一勺蛋白粉。
人跟人真不一样,我早上运动之后,全天都特别疲乏,到晚上9点半就觉得坚持不住了
,昨晚不到11点就睡下了。我还是更适合晚上运动。

,速度大大受影响,半小时只游了600m,游的也不爽。
今天第一次用squat,才知道自己squat和shoulder都很差,做不到10个就坚持不下去了
。以后这个部位要加强。
