我该怎么走下去

我觉得我老公从来不关心我,　不干家务,生病也不问我,　还等着我做饭.
结婚几年我们没有过性生活,　结婚后才知道他有生理问题.　我很传统.　
最主要他性格不好,　和别人合不来.　我很多认识我的和他的,都说叫我离开他,　但我有点不忍心，　但确实他太自私了．　他几乎没一个知心朋友，我因为他不愿意社交，　我也不敢和朋友们来往，　但他也不关心我,让我真难过，自己的婚姻怎么这样？
