UCLA vs UCB

有谁能总结下每个学校的特点吗？对于外州孩子，哪个更友好？听说UCB 公校大课人太多，很难选到自己想读的课程。 UCLA是否也是？UCLA的食堂据说很好？

纠结是否值得付州外学费去加州公立。因为本州州立也很好。学计算机。
