为什莫 UCB EECS

没有把握？ 

Appleleave's son is so great that I would think it is almost 100% he would be admitted by UCB EECS.

EECS has 400 students/yr.  How many students can beat her son's profile? 

Shoot for M, then wait for UCB EECS if M does not pan out.
