推爸推妈请进，做一个调查，all round or all in

发现周围有两种牛蛙家长，一种是all in, 专注让孩子做一个事情，争取把孩子最擅长的事，做到州里，甚至是全国前几名。因为没有其它的EC, 孩子在做完学校的homework后，可以每天花2-3个小时来专注做那一个事情。

另一种是推娃all round的，孩子需要把别人花在一个事情上的那2-3个小时，拿来做3-4个事情，比如一项team sports, 两项个人的EC以及中文. 孩子team sports和两项个人的EC都在state level compete, 而且成绩都可以排州里前3-4名。

这种all round娃，有team sports练习的那3-4天，加上路上的时间，一般会花3个小时. 在保证9点睡觉的前提下，我算了算，每个 individual EC平均每天只能花20-30分钟，中文再花个20分钟。

请问这两种approach, 你们一般选哪种？哪种对孩子一生的发展最有好处？
