美国高科技方面的工作也走在外包的道路上吗？和过去读研时的朋友聊了聊，

他们在公司R&D部门develop芯片设计simulator等，都是ee博士。说公司2年前开始不再美国招人，而是在印度招。这样看来是不是不仅cs,整个tech领域都开始走在外包路上。听后有些为下一代担心。大家有这样的担心吗？这样看来还是学医或是和医疗相关的行业更保险，大家怎么看。
