穷人家就是这么省学费的

寒冬来了，荠菜都冻起来，没得挖了。。。

好在三个礼拜前带领导去农地散步，看到种南瓜的地边上有不少荠菜，因秋雨的滋润长得还行，就收了几斤。回家清理，扔了一半死叶子，洗干净，开水里烫一把，切细冰冻。。。

 

这不，穷人家过节就可以拿出来包馄饨。买不起龙虾帝王蟹，就靠荠菜馄饨了。为了省钱，老妈自己买便宜的肉做肉糜，加几只自己剥皮的虾，冒充龙虾肉。老爸出力搅馅，儿子提意见少放菜，多放肉，一百个馄饨又可以吃几顿了。。。

老妈不吃辣，加点虾皮；老爸加勺老干妈，儿子馄饨当饺子吃，一家三口过节，又省了20大洋。。。
