For parents and students who are interested in their student body' score distribution among their state test takers, College Board releases an annual assessment report by state. Here is an example for the State of Kansas.
Within each assessment, test takers are counted only once and only their latest scores are counted.
Each report also list which college test takers sent their test scores to.

In addition, you can search for " Common Data Set" for each college and university you are interested, and the Common Data Set has a section on First Year Enrollment statistics. For example, here is the Common Date Set of University of Kansas.
