I feel that the percentages of Asian students are higher than what is reflected in the published data if you count the kids of mixed ethnicity (with one parent being Asian), because most of those students do not identify themselves as Asian when they applied to college (they are not that dumb!).

My kid is in Harvey Mudd and I personally feel that 25% of Mudd's students are Asian if you count the mixed race kids.
