“You are one of my most cherished students”

I was waiting for my daughter at a crowded baggage claim area.  Right before I could reach my hand to her, I heard a shout-out “I know that face”, and she turned to the source of that voice, a lady rushed to her and she rushed to the lady. They hugged each other tightly, did not want to let it go. The lady looked at her up and down, murmured  “you are and you remain as one of my most cherished students”

It turned that the lady was her high school teacher and sponsor for Student Council and they have not seen each other for 4 years. People around them were genuinely happy to see such a sweet encounter.

That is what I call impact.
