外国学生来得少了，在这里念了书工作有了经验的回本国的越来越多。世界其他国家也在投资高技术吸收人才。

核武器项目预计在未来5年有30％技术人员进入退休年龄，这个缺口预计无法填满。

所以现在一项重要的任务是做PR吸引有天份的学生来学基础科学。
