Especially their honors or similar programs are pretty much on par with lower ivy level education quality.
Also, all 5 schools listed above (in addition, UCLA), have outstanding business schools at graduate level and hence the education resources are also available partially to undergraduate.
But even with that, I would still argue that a degree from an ivy, even not as a business major, is more valuable in the business world than a degree from the above public schools (in general) - in part due to the exclusivity/network and yes, prestige.
