我说过美国人已经没有common sense

这737 MAX明显设计上是defective，怎末可以通过使用。 software的correction 应该是防患于未然，但这种设计其实是未然已经是必然，software是救火的。这是起码的设计思路错误吧。 真是很想知道设计者款飞机的总设计师是什么背景，不会是学CS的吧。工程设计的common sense都没有。
