我来晒--今年如何给儿子省大学学费

虽然还冰天雪地，种菜的单子列出来了，红薯已经放水里等它发芽育苗了。和太太商量了一下，儿子不在家，我们种的每种菜量要少一些，花样要多一些。今年的品种如下：

四季豆：减1/3。这个品种儿子特喜欢吃，以往种得多。但发现嫩点摘下来，开水里烫一下，大太阳下晒干，可保存很长时间。这个礼拜我们吃去年晒的最后一把，很有湖南笋干的风味。和肉糜炖出来，味道很好。

扁豆：也减1/3。这个品种我们倒很少吃新鲜的，但不少朋友爱吃新鲜的，所以经常和朋友分享。我们自己主要是晒干过冬吃。去年晒了至少一百多斤，现在还剩最后一磅干扁豆。炒干辣椒蒜头，我下酒不错。它的另一个好处是和四季豆错开季节，可共用一个架子。省事省时省力气。

辣椒茄子杭椒：湖南大辣椒产量高，可经常吃不完，今年改一部分面积种杭椒，一种小尖辣椒，但不太辣，尤其嫩的时候摘，炒肉片或炒鸡蛋都不错。因皮薄肉薄，容易炒焦炒出虎皮，所以，炒辣椒的香味浓厚。茄子么，去年失败，今年轮耕，换地方，希望能提供我“湖南干烧茄子”的量，每礼拜五--十斤。。。

豇豆黄瓜苦瓜西红柿红薯--和去年一样，种植面积不变。

空心菜--今年新加的品种。种子从种菜的农友那里拿。这个不能面积太大，吃不完有不能保存。

目标：争取六，七，八，九，十，十一月六个月不买菜，把儿子第三年的学费省出来。。。
