德州学生，UT AUSTIN 和 RICE 如果都录取，都没给钱，你会选哪家？

费用大约一年差3万？

要我说，即使完全不考虑费用 --

念工程/CS -   选UTA 没商量  (Austin = $ilicon Hill)
如果UTA 进了Honors Programs (特别是商学，Plan II) - 选UTA 没商量
准备学医 - 选RICE 没商量 (Closeness to Texas Medical Center)

其它的情况，各家根据各自情形酌取 (专业，费用，地点，男/女朋友...)
