爹娘也要有骨气

开学一个多月了，娘想儿啊: 你也不问问，大学的family weekend快来了，我们要不要去看看他，顺便带点吃的给他？

我一问，人家说: I will be busy that weekend...我看了孩儿他  娘一眼: 别指望了。人家好不容易飞出了笼子。。。

过几天，又问: OK， we are not coming. Your mom is in China. Do you need anything from Shanghai?

马上就回信: Jianbing!(煎饼， 这小子一直喜欢他  娘买回来的做好的煎饼，回家油煎好，再搭上一个煎鸡蛋。。。）

我说:那不成的。哪里能从上海带煎饼回来呢。你要我们可以在这里买，来看你的时候带给你。

可人家不接腔。姐姐说:你们管他呢，来个surprising visit么。。。 我给孩儿他  娘说: 不行，咱得有点骨气。。。

中秋节来了， 儿子的生日也邻近了，再问想啥吃的，我给他寄。终于开出了一个list: Something spicy, 肉松， instant rice, 最后还提到了月饼，说朋友要的。。。

一箱子，十来磅，从方便面到上海带来的糖果，从口水花生到紫菜。我给他 娘说:十几块邮费还是比跑一趟的汽油钱合算么。。。
