never stop looking for better opportunities

One co-worker just stopped by and said”NW, I’ve got to tell you that I’m leaving in two weeks. I got an offer from another agency. It’s a promotion. “

NW replied,”  Congratulations. Happy for you. Wish you the best. “

NW is always encouraged by this kind of news. NW will never stop looking for better opportunities. This co-worker is white and over 50. He is very professional and working very hard. His subordinates love him dearly.  He is one of  NW’s best friends.
