A friend of mine had a big, life-saving surgery at Stanford Medical Center recently. His surgical team is averaged younger than 30-years old...

The "Chief" surgeon is a 32-year old ABC, so is the anaesthetist.

The assistant surgeon and assistant anaesthetist are barely 30-years old residents(ABT and ABK)...

And the surgical nurses and recovery-room nurses are even younger...

But they did a perfect job...
