CMU SCS for all applicants RD ~5%.

This candidate: 30% due to the awards.

ED: would be 50% (or more), I would like to think.

But CMU is always worried that a California resident getting into UCB EECS may not come (location and cost), so chance of acceptance would be higher if from other states with the same stats.
