为儿子上大学，我们咽糠吃野菜

昨天笑话加州的网友们是: “一说挣钱四十万，一喊减税变中产，轮到孩子上大学，忙说收入算低端。”。我们中西部农民歧视收入比你们少得多，靠的是节省过日子，咽糠吃野菜给孩子交学费呢。。。

 

嫁凤凰男博士后的下场

 

每年到了四月初，孔雀就会喊凤凰:你去挖点荠菜么，该到季节了。。。对凤凰来说，这太容易了:小时候挖“地米菜”喂猪的记忆还是不会忘记的，搞错蒲公英和荠菜的可能性没有。

可今年这个春天来得太晚了，四月初去农地走路，看见的荠菜还小得可怜，一颗还不够粘牙缝呢。等到四月中，一两场雨水，勉强看到一些差不多大小了。正好城里的朋友要来看上大学的女儿，就说挖点荠菜包饺子，算一道城里难得吃到的新鲜菜吧。

季节早，长得不壮实，挖回来的荠菜比较难看:

摘掉烂叶，清洗掉沙子，还不算难看，比店里冰冻的还是新鲜好看多了:

开水里烫过，拎拎干，切细， 凤凰的任务就算完成了:

太太自己调肉馅，常常还会放点虾肉:

饺子皮是不擀的。太花力气，那活留给北方来的酒友比较合适。我们南方人喜欢多吃菜，少吃面:

这不，今年儿子要上大学了，省钱度日啊，都挖了三回了。前天终于挖到比较肥嫩的荠菜。孔雀说，不能都是饺子，还要有馄饨，今晚包。留了几合切好的荠菜冰冻，准备下礼拜作荠菜豆腐羹。。。
