We live in a college town. Yesterday afternoon, I found out student profile of class 2017. Out of the 3700 freshmen class at our local university, there are 6 students with perfect ACT score, about 25 with ACT score of 35.
On the way to school this morning, I causally reminded my high school sophomore to “keep up on his good work in his school activities, conscious about it, and be more self-disciplined.” He calmly said “why are you telling me this?”, without any malice.
