我选州大的原则

本州州大与给钱的外州州大第一。对外州学生而言，给钱的（need based)只有UVA， UNC (UMICH我印象中NEED BASED只给本州的）。 好的州大， 包括本州的Merit Based 免学费或者full ride都非常难拿，免一半学费或者免外州学费部分相对容易。如果指望need based, 私立的好学校更合适也相对容易。如果进不了好的私立，又缺钱，那UALABAMA一类自动按成绩给钱的学校，也是好选择。 对钱多的来说，那就喜欢哪里就去哪里，如果能进去的话。
