俺前些时间看了一篇文章说荷尔蒙

有人说他经常控制身体荷尔蒙水平。少了就补，好像没说多了怎么退。

俺印象深刻的是说，他老了因为激素水平低时就补一点，一直显得健康有活力。俺准备自己老了不想动弹就去弄点激素给刺激一下。
