高矮俺不计较，家里空气环境标准方法是啥？

以前喜欢开窗户透气，到美国后慢慢养成关窗户，用风扇系统换气。

这方面有专业说法没？以前在一个实验室时，俺没虚心向同行学习，现在不明白了。。。
