Now, I see the benefits of mock interviews and peer to peer interviews that most career offices offer. By practising with different group of peers, someone is bound to find out and point it out on how and what to improve. When the question in the interview is very clear and concise, yet the applicant still asks "what do you mean", then the issue is the applicant attitude, not aptitude. This will be a huge challenge to overcome. If the question is kind of muddy on purpose or not, it is not an issue of attitude. The applicant needs to improve on his tactic and his communication skills in requesting for further clarification, or restating the question in a different way. It is much easier to learn and overcome.
I will definitely recommend mock interviews for all college students.
