The best college is

where the kid can have good a time while learning how to survive and advance themselves in future   It does not matter where the college is located and how expensive the college is and how big or small the college is. A college which can be good to some kids is not necessarily good to other kids.   

As parents we should encourage our kids to go to any college the kids like and study any major the kids like if we are rich enough.  Never stop our kids to go to the college or study the major they'd like because we do not like or we do not want pay the college
