For Mathcounts, kids just went to cafeteria and do some math problem together. Some of them are just talking all the time while others are trying to solve proble. When teach handed out the answer key. No explanation there. She feels a waste of time. I did some problems from the exercise sheet. Most of them are out of her current textbook like series, circle geormetry and etc. Nothing really is hard if she knows the formula and content.
